RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

We DO-NOT accept returns unless you received the wrong/damaged Item(s) . I will gladly accept returns for an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused with seals in tact. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please email Ritzyshoes@gmail.com with other questions or concerns. A representative will respond within 24 hours.

SHIPPING

All orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS/ Fed Ex/Ups.
A shipping Confirmation will be emailed to each customer.
Ritzy Accessories ships within the USA Canada and most international countries.
